How do I buy products from you?

We have several options available:

  1. You can order directly from our website, checkout securely and your goods will be shipped within 24 hours.
  2. Visit our Sydney Markets branch to view our extensive range of fresh produce packaging options.  
  3. For Food Manufacturers, Foodservice Distributors, Green Grocers, Providores and Pre-Packers you can complete an enquiry form here or call 1300 737 710 to talk to one of our sales team.  
  4. We have an extensive network of distribution partners. For your nearest options please email us at enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call on 1300 737 710 and our customer service team will be able to assist.

Can I pick-up my website order from a Marinucci warehouse?

Direct website orders are shipped to your requested address. We are unable to offer a click-and-collect option online at this time. If you would like to pick-up from one of our warehouses there is a minimum order value of $250 ex-gst. Our customer service team will be happy to process your request via enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call 1300 737 710.

Alternatively, you can visit our conveniently located branch at Sydney Markets and purchase over the counter with no minimum order value.

How do I find my local distributor?

We have an extensive network of distribution partners to support your business needs. For your nearest options please email us at enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call on 1300 737 710 and our customer service team will be able to assist.

I would like to have Marinucci products on my website, can I do that and how do I obtain photos?

We are happy to have our extensive product range included on Marinucci Distributor websites. Simply email us at enquiries@marinucci.com.au and we will contact you.

 

Ordering

Can I order sleeves or split cartons?

We are unable to break cartons with our online orders. Either please visit our Sydney Markets branch which has a selected range available or contact our customer service team via email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call on 1300 737 710 who can provide details of your nearest distributor that sells our products by the sleeve. 

Do you have a minimum order value?

To help get you what you need sooner we do not have a minimum order value when using our direct website. If you are a trading partner then we do have a minimum order value of $250 ex-gst to ship products to you.

How do I get a sample of your products?

All you need to do is to is complete our enquiry form here listing the product codes you would like or call our customer service team on 1300 737 710 and we will be happy to assist with your request.

Why can’t I add a displayed product to my cart?

If we have run out of a product, it will still be visible on the website, however you will be unable to add this to your cart. When we are back in stock then you will be able to add this to your cart again. We are working on a way to let you know when we are back in stock. Stay tuned.

Product Details

How do I know which lid fits what containers or cups? Do I have multiple container or lid options available?

We completely understand how confusing it can be to make sure you know what container/cup and lid options are available. We have tried to make this easy by including all the options on each of our product detail pages. You can find this information to the right-hand side of the product image. With either ‘Use Lid’ or ‘Fits Containers/Cups’ followed by a list of product codes. All you need to do is search for that product code. Alternatively, you can search by product volume, lid diameter or even by what product you are packing to view available options.

How do I obtain a Product Specification and/or Material Data Safety Sheet for a product?

All you need to do is complete our enquiry form here listing the product codes you would like or call our customer service team on 1300 737 710 and we will be happy to assist with your request.

How do I know if I can use a product in the oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.?

Most product information including usage suitability is listed on the product detail page. If you have a specific query or usage need not specified, please email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call on 1300 737 710 and we will be happy to help find the perfect product for you.

Do you have barcodes on your inner packs?

Some of our products feature GS1 approved barcodes on the inner sleeves. To find our more please contact our customer service team via email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call on 1300 737 710.

Can I get a custom print?

We work with our supply partners based on volume runs. As such we do offer custom print capability but on large volume runs. For more information please compete our enquiry form here or call our customer service team on 1300 737 710.

 

Delivery

Where is my order?

Once goods have been shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tax invoice. With this you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner and further information about your delivery. If you have any concerns, please email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call us on 1300 737 710.

I have received an order confirmation and nothing further?

If you would like to check on your order status please email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or call us on 1300 737 710 quoting your order confirmation number and we will be able to update you.

How do I update or add a delivery address?

Your delivery will be made to the delivery address setup in your account. If you need to edit this or add additional addresses, please contact our customer service team via email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or phone 1300 737 710.

There is a problem with my order who can I talk to?

If there is an issue with your received goods please contact our customer service team who will be able to assist via email enquiries@marinucci.com.au or phone 1300 737 710.

I would like to return my order?

If there is an issue with your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Goods can be returned to us and subject to a re-stocking fee within 7 days of invoice date if they have not been opened. Further information is available in our terms and conditions.

 

Delivery Information – Direct Website Customers

We understand how important it is to keep your business with sufficient inventory, but we also get how sometimes something can be forgotten. To help keep your business going we do not have a minimum order spend for direct website customers. If you need it then we are happy to ship it.

If you are in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane metropolitan areas we offer a flat delivery fee of $10 per order regardless of the number of cartons.  

Outside of metro areas the delivery address and order volume will determine the courier charges.

Delivery Information – Trade Account Customers

Trade accounts customers have a minimum order value of $250 ex-gst.

Orders are generally packed and shipped on pallets via our freight partners. We utilize several carriers to provide you with the most efficient and cost-effective service to your location.

If you would like to pick-up your order or organize your own freight this can be arranged with our customer service team.

Orders received by 10am Monday to Friday will be shipped that day.
